Eligibility Criteria for Physiotherapy Diploma Programmes

    • For all undergraduate diploma programmes, you will have to pass 10+2. There may or may not be an entrance exam depending on the college you are applying for.
    • In order to apply for postgraduate diploma programmes, you will have to complete your graduation with the minimum percentage required by the respective college you are applying for.
  • Eligibility Criteria for Physiotherapy Graduation Programmes:
    1. In order to apply for BPT programmes, you will have to pass your 10+2 with at least 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the compulsory subject.
    2. Also, you will have to qualify entrance exams for admission to BPT programmes i.e. Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET), GGSIPU CET, etc.
    3. However, you can apply for B.Sc. in Physiotherapy on the basis of merit in class 12 board exams. There is no entrance exam for admission to B.Sc. programmes in this field.

Eligibility Criteria for PG Physiotherapy Courses

      • Mentioned below are the entry requirements for Physiotherapy postgraduate and Doctorate Programmes.

      You will have to secure 50% marks in BPT and clear the entrance exam in order to secure a seat in MPT programmes.

      Exams include All India Post Graduate Physiotherapy Entrance Test, CET for Master’s courses, JIPMER All India Entrance Exam, etc.

      You will also have to complete at least 6 months as an intern in this field to be eligible for MPT courses.

      Admission in M.Sc. in Physiotherapy is done on the basis of performance in graduation and M.Sc. entrance exams of the respective university.

      For doctoral programmes, you will have to secure excellent marks in your post-graduation and clear entrance exams and interviews for fellowships.
